As your “Lead Agent”, Marcy oversees the planning, strategy and negotiations for the sale and/or purchase of your property. Our success formula starts with an initial interview as we map out the strategy for your unique situation. Tailoring Marketing campaigns designed to sell your home or crafting a personalized buying plan for purchasing a home is next in the process.

Your central point of contact, managing communication, scheduling and back office administration is our VP of Operations. Next, our VP of Business Development directs all facets of Marketing and Concierge needs, including printed collateral, social media and events. Eventually, “all hands will be on deck” as our unique blend of experience and responsiveness helps you achieve your goals.

Immersed in the community, with an intuitive personality and keen business insight, Tonya joined our team after working 7 years for a prominent builder. Needless to say, we are thrilled to have her on our side and believe you will be too! There is no substitute for having an insider’s perspective when it comes to finding the right home.

First time buyer or seasoned seller interested in building a custom home? Tonya has over 5 years of experience in the new home building circuit. Buyers can benefit from an agent who specializes in one particular area. Knowing “who” and “how” is a “game changer”. With Inventory LOW and buyer competition fierce for new listings, buyers are swinging towards new construction to fill that void.

We recognized the need for a “builder representative” early and partnered with someone with a passion in helping buyers find their ideal home. While specializing in the ever changing real estate industry of new home construction, Tonya’s depth of experience has broadened significantly into pre-owned homes. Tonya couples her BS degree from Methodist University, Metroplex knowledge, and local familiarity with an aspiration for surpassing client expectations. She completely understands that each person has unique desires.

Born and raised in California, Dani moved to Texas in 2011. Throughout her career, she has worked in various industries while consistently providing excellent customer service, but her passion for real estate quickly became apparent to her. Dani began working with us in 2016 as our VP of Business Development. She continues to seek ways in which she can better serve our clients and is currently pursuing her Texas Real Estate license which she will use to assist with buying and selling homes, while ensuring that each step of the process is as stress-free as possible. During her free time, Dani enjoys spending time with her family, going to church and watching football. She also volunteers as Girl Scout leader, PTA member and Softball Team Mom.
